With over 25 years experience in the Semiconductor industry, Matt started his career as a Test Engineer at Eltek Semiconductors before transitioning into Technical Sales. Matt then spent over 7 years in the sales teams of high-volume OSATs Carsem and ASE supporting packaging for automotive and consumer applications. Matt is now Commercial & Innovation Director at ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD UK providing all aspects of packaging for Microelectronics & Photonics devices, from fast prototyping, R&D, custom package design and volume production.
