Formed in 2014 after the acquisition of a long-established Cambridge based synthesis lab, EpiValence is now a leading manufacturer of ALD/ CVD precursors for electronic and non-electronic applications.
Quality
Quality is a key driver within the organisation. As a UKAS accredited ISO9001:2015 company, our production processes are proven to be robust and stringently followed by experienced chemists giving customers access to high purity and consistent materials.
Offering over 200 compounds from 43 elements of the periodic table, EpiValence’s Teesside facilities include multipurpose and pyrophoric labs, as well as the Technical Development Area for larger scale production and scale-up of our lab processes.
Development
Development of our offering is critical to help our customers continue along their Roadmaps. EpiValence work collaboratively with our customers on new precursor design, from establishing potential solutions to small scale proof-of-concept batches to enable customers to trial materials. Once decided EpiValence has many years of experience of scaling processes from the proof-of-concept batch to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
Future Growth
The growth of EpiValence continues as we expand our footprint at the Wilton Centre with additional lab space. We are also continually looking for new opportunities to support our customers and have recently included the supply of speciality and rare gases.
