From 0.1µm to 25.0µm we are able to cover any contamination monitoring required for the semiconductor, electronics and even automobile industries. These can be used as stand-alone or connected to a facility monitoring system covering your complete production facility.

Cleanroom Condensation Particle Counter (CPC) Model 9001 is the only water-based, laminar flow, high flow rate instrument on the market—providing the confidence needed for monitoring critical environments. Using patented technology, the instrument provides 10 nm sensitivity at a 0.1 CFM (2.83 L/min) flow rate. With an ultra-low false count rate, the AeroTrak 9001 Cleanroom CPC is ideally suited for the low particle concentrations found in ISO Class 1 and Class 2 environments.

A range of Liquid Particle Counters measuring as low as 0.03µm (30nm) for measuring DI Water, Chemicals & Corrosive Acids. Applications including Lithography, Parts Cleaning, wet processes, plating and water / chemical plant monitoring. With In-Line or Batch Sampling and high maximum concentration limits the Rion counters are suitable for most applications. Simple to use with LCD touch panel displays and PC data collection software available.

The PartSens+ 4.0 device is a portable measuring system with a wireless measuring head for direct measurement of metallic and non-metallic particles, fibres, dust and other impurities on surfaces. Mobile design and easy operation makes this instrument the perfect solution for companies that want to verify the cleanliness of surfaces. The use of glancing light technology according to ISO 14664-9 allows for reproducible and highly accurate measurement results.

+ 4.0 determines particle size and the number of particles directly. The measurement result – including the live image – is immediately displayed on the instrument via wireless transmission.
